I hired Sir Grout to seal a marble floor and also clean shower tiles along with the bathroom floor. They were very knowledgeable and professional and regrouted the marble floor so that it wouldn't be prone to scratching. The marble floor had been installed incorrectly not by Sir Grout, but Sir Grout rectified it as much as possible and I am very happy. One note though, the clean and seal on the marble floor was not completed as they couldn't get the machine in under the cabinet overhang. I asked them to come back and do it better and they did that without any argument. I would absolutely use them again.

Chris, it looks so nice that no one wants to use it! I didn't think the glass would clean that nicely - if I could only find something to remove etching from the hardware… The grout job was very well done and the threshold and shelf look amazing. Nice work!

Thanks, Chris. We are very happy with the way things came out. Huge relief to know that I will never have to scrub the grout again! I want to have this done in our bathrooms upstairs, but we are going to finish our basement, so I may wait until we do that bathroom so that we can have all three done together. I'm sure you know that home repairs can be stressful, and it is an uncommon event these days to have a job done well (both functionally and aesthetically) with no collateral damage to the house in the process. Throw in a technician who is prompt and polite and it doesn't get much better. I'm especially thankful for the care that Jimmy took not to bang the walls or trim when he carried his equipment up and down to the third floor.
