Beyond excellent. They cleaned, recolored, and sealed the grout for two floors and one tile tub/shower and made them like new, seriously. They provided several options for the colors and were knowledgeable as to which colors provide the best looks for the associated flooring. Rigo was also careful to point out the proper cleaning agents. What not to use and what to use.
