Sir Grout/Chris did a GREAT job restoring our grubby tile from the 90's. The dirt colored grout is now a pretty gray color and the tiles have never looked cleaner. Chris was responsive when I called, we set up an appointment within a couple days and completed the following week. Sir Grout regrouted around the bathtub and the the bathroom floor, treated the floor, repaired broken tiles, and steam cleaned the tiles. They did an awesome and meticulous job. They even cleaned the water marks around the sink faucets. The customer service was terrific. They returned calls, showed up when they said they would, and followed up. The bathroom has never looked so good and the experience working with Sir Grout was easy and pleasant.

Chris and his staff were a pleasure to work. Their work was super, they made sure we were pleased every step along the way and work was completed right on time. After considering options whether to repair or replace the ceramic tile in our two showers, my wife and I explored Sir Grout. The service person came to our home, checked our tiles and explained the process. We decided it was the best option for us and had both bathrooms done. The main person who did the work went even further by repairing a water damaged wall bordering the tile, which required more work for him. We are very happy with the results which restored our tiles and grouting to better than new condition. The process eliminated a very visible mold and mildew problem and as explained to us will continue to resist them.

I've never met anyone more concerned about his clients like Chris. He went above and beyond his agreed-upon contract. My downstairs wood floors are sparkling. We plan on call upon Christ for our upstairs floors in the near future.
