When I moved into my new (new to me) house, my bathrooms seemed to be poorly maintained. The mildew and mold was pretty nasty and had clearly not been cleaned in a loonnngggg time.

A friend told me about Sir Grout, so I called to learn more. Chris, the owner, worked around my busy schedule and came out to quote the job.

I have no knowledge of building materials or maintenance, so I was very impressed by how Chris took the time to explain his services and what would be best for my bathrooms. He described all of the options thoroughly, but in a way that I could fully comprehend. He definitely knows his stuff!

He gave me a very reasonable quote, that day, so I scheduled the work.

His technician, also named Chris, came and did most of the work. He was great and very personable.

I really liked that the original Chris came by to make sure that his technician was doing well and to lend a hand.

Chris Wyand did a superb job in restoring a marble foyer and hallway for my home that was in pretty bad condition. He also serviced several counter tops and floors throughout the house. He is not only a courteous individual, he is meticulous and a very hard worker. The job came out EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend him to service all your stone and tile needs. In one instance (fixing some inconsistencies with my sink) Chris and team weren't able to fully execute what they had promised in the work order. Chris was up front about this and was able to seal and protect the counter from further damage. Sir Grout cleaned and repaired the grout and caulking in my shower. The technician also removed a whole section of tiles to bleach out the mold behind the tiles. Ever since I bought my condo many years ago I'd been wanting to have my shower grout and caulking fixed. I finally took care of it with Sir Grout and wish I hadn't waited so long because there was mold behind a section of tiles and the tiles had to be removed and the section bleached. Chris W. (owner) was very prompt and professional in all of his communication. He definitely knows how to run a business. Chris the technician was professional and capable. The job ended up taking a lot longer than he expected because of the number of tiles that had to be removed. He did a great job removing the tiles and then replacing the same tiles after the area was bleached. He only chipped one tile (very small chip) and that was quite impressive to me. You can barely see where it was chipped. I had no spare tiles so he had to work with the tiles already o

Did an excellent job. Forgot some minor things but came back to fix it. Grout around the toilet, tub and tub enclosure is fine. Went very well. Had to fix a few minor issues but was very responsive about coming back and addressing concerns.

Chris was amazing. He came out quickly to give me an estimate and when the work was done it looked awesome. The person who did the grout was very helpful with picking colors and cleaned up nicely after himself. When I had a question about how to apply grout color seal to an area that was under an appliance I emailed Chris. He called and within a few hours was at my house and did it for me! amazing. We purchased a condo in Boston. Bathroom tiles, grout, and caulk were in need of serious "revitalization".

Chris is very responsive to requests, candid about work needed, not needed, what would be hard, what would be easy. He emailed a quote breaking down various options within an hour of visiting us, stopped by while work was being done to check on progress, and followed up afterward to ensure that we were satisfied.

The job took most of a day to complete. The tech did a great job repairing cracks in the grout and replacing old caulk around the shower. Bathroom looks fantastic now, and we can use the shower without water getting behind the tiles. We're very pleased with results, recommend Sir Grout.
