Sir Grout was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with!

1. The estimate was extremely professional. They were able to provide me with an accurate estimate on the spot. Additionally, they were able to schedule me for the work right at the initial estimate! Every other place would give me an estimate 5-7 days after seeing the work and then take forever to schedule. This was immediate. It was so easy to get it scheduled!

2. The guy was going to be about 10 minutes late. He actually called about half an hour before to tell me that he was worried about the traffic and just wanted to let me know. He showed up on time anyways. I've never had a contractor actually be this considerate of my time.

3. The work was done in a day. Additionally, before I even got home from work, the company had sent me before and after pictures of the work they had done. It was so impressive!

4. The actual work - The bathroom looks brand new! I've had it for 6 months now and it all seems to be holding up very well.

Overall, I am extremely happy with this company.

Sir Grout removed scale buildup in my shower and applied new grout where needed. It went very well. The scale in the grout lines was removed and the entire pan was scrubbed clean (by hand!). I was advised on how to keep it clean and what to do to avoid another case of buildup. Super courteous and hard working. Highly recommended.

I bought my place a few years ago and I have tried everything and I mean EVERYTHING. to clean up my grout. After finally purchasing a bottle of $14 Grout Restore and spending 4 hours applying it... I should've just jumped off a building. I gave up. It looked terrible.

In comes Chris. I got a quick time for an estimate and the work was scheduled for a few weeks out. Extremely reasonable price, friendly and sincere, and he even talked to my dad to reassure him about Sir Grout.

Chris, the worker, came in yesterday and spent the day on alllll of my tiles. By the end of the day, I couldn't believe the difference. He left me with a cleaner, some touch up bottles, and was attentive to all of my questions.

Today I get an email from the owner checking in and making sure I was happy. I'm a very happy customer.

A few years ago I had my slate patio rebuilt. The appearance of the tiles was problematic from the start and the contractor was unable to correct the problem. I was given Sir Grout's name. Chris came over and suggested removing all existing sealers, cleaning the slate and applying a different product.

Sir Grout did a wonderful job re-grouting the tile in my shower and cleaning the existing grout and tile. The technician was VERY thorough.

They care about their work and it shows in the finished product (our shower looks brand new). They are also very accommodating and were able to come to our house with less than two weeks notice to get the job done in advance of our move-in date. Highly recommended. Well worth the cost and much more budget-savy than actually re-tiling a bathroom (or even worse - doing it yourself).

I was referred to Chris by a local hardware store. Chris was very responsive and very professional. He visited my house 2 weeks ago and provided a quote for the work he was going to perform. He showed up on time for the quote and the day he completed the work. He removed old caulking from the tub/tile shower surround, steam cleaned the joint and recaulked all of the required joints. Chris worked quickly professionally and cleaned up well after the work was completed. If you need to have your tub/shower recaulked, I would recommend him. Thanks Chris.
