Sir Grout removed scale buildup in shower and applied new grout where needed. It went very well. The scale in the grout lines was removed and the entire pan was scrubbed clean (by hand!). I was advised on how to keep it clean and what to do to avoid another case of buildup. Super courteous and hard working. Highly recommended.

Sir Grout was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with!

1. The estimate was extremely professional. They were able to provide me with an accurate estimate on the spot. Additionally, they were able to schedule me for the work right at the initial estimate! Every other place would give me an estimate 5-7 days after seeing the work and then take forever to schedule. This was immediate. It was so easy to get it scheduled!

2. The guy was going to be about 10 minutes late. He actually called about half an hour before to tell me that he was worried about the traffic and just wanted to let me know. He showed up on time anyways. I've never had a contractor actually be this considerate of my time.

3. The work was done in a day. Additionally, before I even got home from work, the company had sent me before and after pictures of the work they had done. It was so impressive!

4. The actual work - The bathroom looks brand new! I've had it for 6 months now and it all seems to be holding up very well.

Overall, I am extremely happy with this company.
