I would give a million stars to Chris the owner and Chris, the miracle worker bee, if I could. They were both professional and hard working gentlemen that far exceeded my dreams. My stand alone shower had been leaking for years. No one could permanently fix it until Sir Grout. First of all, out of the several grout companies I called or emailed, Chris,the owner, was the only person who got back to me at all and did so immediately. He also was able to come over and give me a quote right then, which fit perfectly with my budget. What a huge surprise - no "sticker shock"! It gets better and better. I was able to make an appointment to get the work done in about a month. I was contacted by email and phone before hand to reaffirm the appointment. Chris, the worker bee, called me to say he was stuck in traffic and apologized for possibly being late even though he arrived exactly on time. Wait, wait it still gets better! Chris went right to work removing 20 years of built up mold and painstakingly removed all the grout that was loose. Then he steam cleaned and bleached everything. Next came the regrouting and sealing with a protective mold resistance coating. My shower looked brand new and smelled fresher than new fallen rain. It took him over 7 hours to do this. He took about 2 five minute breaks and I couldn't even persuade him to take a bottle of water from me. Wait, wait, wait - it gets better still - the finale - he cleaned up and left everything spotless. I swooned with delight. This was my dream transaction - to be treated from beginning to end as a respected, valued customer. A rare business model these days. Chris, the owner, put frosting on the cake by emailing me after the job was done to make sure that all was completed to my satisfaction. They care, they REALLY care!

The Sir Grout crew was punctual and professional. They were unable to reuse some of the tiles that had lifted, so they used a spare one I had. They added a free cleaning of my bathroom granite vanity top, which was very nice to have it as clean and well cared for as the floors. I was very happy with their service.

Chris came out to give us an estimate on some grout work on our bathroom. Upon inspection, he concluded that we really didn't need his service and proceeded to provide a page-long written instruction for how to clean and treat the grout that we had.

Chris was very nice and honest. He could have easily sold us an expensive project and left if we chose not to use him. Instead, he told us it would not be worth paying for his services and proceeded to write up a page-long care instructions. If we ever really needed him, we would use Sir Grout again in a heartbeat because of how trustworthy he proved to be.

Chris was extremely responsive and went out of his way to help. I would recommend this service to anyone with grout and tile issues. I am very pleased with how the job and came out. It only took a few hours and my appointment was actually bumped up to an earlier date. If you are disappointed with your tiles or grout, call them before consulting any "tile" experts.
