I contacted Sir Grout based on Angie's list ratings. Owner Chris Wyand came to the house, reviewed our needs, and explained options. Within a day he e-mailed detailed invoice and cost information and appointment date was set. Two Sir Grout staff members arrived promptly on the day of the appointment. Both were very professional, friendly, polite and neat. They set to work immediately and worked for several hours. Our kitchen floor, shower enclosure and bathtub now look brand new. They provided written care instructions at the completion of the job. We were very pleased with the work. Owner Chris followed up with an e-mail thanking us for our business which I thought was very nice. We would definitely recommend Sir Grout.

Rarely write reviews on the web, but this company is so excellent that they deserve it! Last month, Chris (the owner) and his team re-grouted the floors of house. It was a VERY large job: about 2200 SF of re-grouting. I was worried because, as we all know, the bigger the job the more that could go wrong. Well, guess what went wrong? Nothing! Nadda! Zero! Zilch! It was perfect! Our floors look brand-new now, thanks to Sir Grout! Chris himself was so easy to deal with too. He is friendly, professional, responsible, accurate, and, above all, honest. He even talked us out of stuff we didn't need that he could have made more money off of. An absolute pleasure. Recommend this company VERY highly. I also found out that Chris' great-, great-, great-grandfather re-grouted Buckingham Palace, and he did such a good job that the King knighted him "Sir Grout". And that title got passed on to Chris! Did I also mention that Chris has a great sense of humor?
