After several consultations about a water leak that was going through my bath-tub, and after it was determined that this was not due to piping troubles, I consulted tile specialists who wanted to take apart and re-do the entire tiling in my master bathroom shower. Chris was different. He carefully listened to my concerns, and proposed fixing only what was necessary for a fraction of the price I had been quoted before. He ended up steam cleaning, hand buffing, and sealing the tiles in the entire shower. Nothing had to be replaced. The work did the job. No more leaks since. Chris is a competent, sensitive professional with excellent communication skills. He was sensitive enough to take off his shoes when stepping into my bath tub to take a close look at the work to be done. This was a first for me, and I really appreciated it. He even gave me some advice on a couple of unrelated issues I was having with my toilet flush. I feel I have found a resource and someone I can go back to in the future with any tile problems that may come up.
