I contacted the company in late June. An appointment was scheduled for July 1 for an estimate. The work was performed yesterday (8/27/2015) and was completed to my satisfaction. The shower tiles were so bad that I didn't think it would look as good as it looked when they finished, I was, and still am amazed. Great job!

It couldn't have gone better. The owner showed up as promised for the estimate and even took off his shoes before stepping into the house. The technician also showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Both were very pleasant and professional. The price was high but you get what you pay for.

We were very impressed with Sir Grout - Chris, the owner, was very professional and helpful, and the two guys here, Chris and Rigo, were hard-working and cared about doing a great job, which they did. They were here for about 5 hours, regularly checking in as they went, and transformed our floors, which were starting to look cracked and old, even though they had been installed new only 3 years before - the contractor didn't know how to use the grout correctly on the floors - ugh. Anyway, a huge difference. Now we have our bathrooms back. I do feel the price is on the high side, but given the scope and quality of work, we were willing to pay it and so pleased with the results!
