Chris arrived early, looked at the project for about 10 minutes and gave me some pointers on what to do to resolve it. Rather than schedule the work to be done & charge me their flat minimum, he chose to advise me on how to fix the issue myself. Chris obviously values his own time as well as that of his clients. If we ever need more major work done, Sir Grout will be the first company we will reach out to.

I am so pleased with the work done by the Sir Grout team. They were a pleasure to work with, from the clear discussion of the needed work with Chris to the very detailed quote to skilled, hard-working, pleasant and on-schedule team that repaired our 1958 tiles and grout to look nearly new. And I really appreciated that the crew cleaned up perfectly after the job, without being asked.

Also, Chris' willingness to answer all my questions about how to best tackle the tile and grout problems we were having and to prepare a quote that addressed our needs gave me confidence that I'd get the job I wanted done. Vendors are not always straight-forward about what might be entailed in a project and I appreciate that Chris gave me the straight dope on what we would need to do to bring the bathrooms to the standard I want. He also discovered an area of leaking and water damage we did not know about and put an item in the bid to fix it; the other vendor from whom I got a bid did not identify that problem at all.
