Jimmy did a beautiful job. I'm glad I hired Sir Grout. If I attempted it myself it would have taken much longer, not looked anywhere near as good, and killed my back. At my age (87) I'm glad that a company like yours exists and has technicians like Jimmy. It helps us keep our 81-year-old house in shape when we can't do it anymore. (And maybe never could!)
