Recently we hired Sir Grout to clean and refurbish the tile, grout, and shower in our bathroom. They did a fantastic job. The work performed was exactly as specified. Everything from the initial quote and contract to the quality of the final work was excellent. The bathroom we had refurbished is quite old but it has very high quality tile in it which is why we chose to have it refurbished. We were fortunate to find Sir Grout and are very pleased with their work. The tile and grout now look like new.

In addition, the real measure of a company is how it handles any issues that invariably crop up. In our case, there was a minor problem where we had to request them to come back. They were extremely professional about the request and quickly returned and fully took care of the issue. I highly recommend Sir Grout. Both Chris (the owner) and another Chris who actually did most of the work were really pleasant and easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in hiring Sir Grout again.

We recently hired Sir Grout to clean, color seal and chalk our tub and shower. Chris the owner came out to give us an estimate. (You are lucky if you can even get anyone to come, view the project and give you an estimate). It had been forty years since we installed the tile and tub and it showed its age. Chris was pleasant and spend time answering all our questions. Brian, the technician, was equally friendly and professional and did an outstanding job. He kept us informed during each step of the process and answered all our questions during and upon completion of the project. Excellent job of cleaning up as well. We were completely satisfied with the work performed and the professionalism of Chris and Brian. We would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone in need of re-grouting and caulking.

Sir Grout was recommended to me by others in my town and they did not disappoint! We had a shower that was leaking due to grout that had passed its life expectancy. The repairmen came on time, re-grouted and sealed both of our showers, and everything looks fantastic. You would never have known that they were here, except that our leaky shower is now repaired! I highly recommend them.

They were reliable, prompt, and extremely professional. They removed over 30 years of hard water scale from our shower tiles and made repairs to the grout; I didn't think it was possible! They also did a great job resealing a marble and a granite countertop. I would highly recommend them!

Brian and Chris just left and I want to tell you that they did a fantastic job! They were here from 9:30-1:30 (four hours). Everything looks really great (all three bathrooms are still drying, we are not intending to use any of them until the house is sold in May/June, as we move in August). Brian and Chris were the nicest guys and they were so respectful of our home. Clean-up was A+. Everything looks beautiful and I am so grateful to you for sending such a good team.
