Sir Grout was recommended to me by others in my town and they did not disappoint! We had a shower that was leaking due to grout that had passed its life expectancy. The repairmen came on time, re-grouted and sealed both of our showers, and everything looks fantastic. You would never have known that they were here, except that our leaky shower is now repaired! I highly recommend them.

They were reliable, prompt, and extremely professional. They removed over 30 years of hard water scale from our shower tiles and made repairs to the grout; I didn't think it was possible! They also did a great job resealing a marble and a granite countertop. I would highly recommend them!

Brian and Chris just left and I want to tell you that they did a fantastic job! They were here from 9:30-1:30 (four hours). Everything looks really great (all three bathrooms are still drying, we are not intending to use any of them until the house is sold in May/June, as we move in August). Brian and Chris were the nicest guys and they were so respectful of our home. Clean-up was A+. Everything looks beautiful and I am so grateful to you for sending such a good team. The job came out great. The tile floors and showers look brand new which hopefully will help us sell our house quickly and for our asking price. The guys were great. They were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves.

I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the work Brian and Chris did today!

Brian let me know in advance that they were running late due to traffic, and they arrived right when he predicted. Both men went over the detailed list of work that needed to be done in each room, answered our questions, and got right to work. We are so happy with all of the finished work, particularly the steam cleaned shower stall and the front foyer! I showed Brian the gap next to the kitchen door that needed to be filled in, and he said you had mentioned it to him. I wasn't home when both men left (my husband was), but after they left, Brian remembered that the back door hadn't been done and he actually drove back to complete it!

A local painter stopped by this afternoon to discuss some work he will be doing for us later this week. We told him about the work your company had just completed and showed him the foyer and kitchen. He was very impressed. He said he often has clients ask about replacing grout, and he wanted your contact information. I wish I had asked for some of your business cards, but since I didn't have one, I made him a copy of the ad that led me to your company.
