Sir Grout came and did an estimate. Based on their estimate and reputation we hired them to restore a worn-out field stone floor in an apartment building lobby measuring about 48 sq. feet. Grout was missing and there were dark stains in some areas.
Two technicians from 9 am to 2 pm stripping, grouting, and finishing the floor. They left and we sat in the lobby for the required one hour to prevent anyone from accidentally stepping on it as it dried. After two hours, we noticed a strange pattern stain and called Chris. He came by the next day to view the "stain" and immediately scheduled a second restoration. We were impressed with his efforts and his professionalism. The floor is much improved!

I was very happy with my experience with Sir Grout. I had complaints of water damage in the condo below mine and traced it back to cracked and missing caulking and grout. Chris gave me a detailed quote to remove, then replace the caulking, steam clean, repair the damaged grout and apply a protective coating. He gave me the quote on the spot, i was very happy with the proposal (including the fact that he gave me a $50 coupon for contacting him through Angie's list that i was not aware of). I made an appointment to have the work done on the spot and it was done less than a week later. I was satisfied with the quality of the work, and the follow up from Chris after the job was done to ensure I was satisfied. I would recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking to do tile work.

Chris W - the owner - gave us an estimate for cleaning ceramic tile and grout in the kitchen floor and two bathrooms. The work included deep cleaning of all these surfaces, clear sealing the grout in many places; color sealing in others and caulking all vertical seams. An old shower rod was removed and replaced. Slip resistant coating was applied to the tub. Wooden banisters and sides of stair treads were cleaned and polished.
While our tiles were not in terrible shape, they bore the wear of over 30 years. Despite dedicated cleaning efforts in the bathroom tub, mold will (and does) eat at grout and become visible. Our tile and grout are now spotless - and I mean spotless. The before/after pictures are on target. I had been thinking of regrouting the tile, but Sir Grout's methods made this completely unnecessary.
Chris W was very straightforward about whether Sir Grout's methods would improve our wooden floors. He felt there was too much wear for his method to make us happy. A light cleaning of the areas (mostly at doorways) really helped. The banisters and stair treads (on either side of the carpet runner) have more luster. I appreciated Chris' honesty about the match between his methods and our needs. We saved money; he saved time and made me feel confident about his opinions.
The slip resistant product is a delightful addition - no more funny rubber mats or decals.
Chris' estimates are very detailed. They tell you everything that will be done in clear and direct language. This is very helpful in keeping communications clear.
Chris and Sir Grout techs were prompt in arrival, diligent in their work, and a pleasure to work with. They left all work areas very clean.
I've already recommended Sir Grout to some friends and would be very happy to work with them again.

They did an excellent job! Their technician arrived on time, worked for about 4 hours, which is what they told me to expect and left the floors looking like they are brand new. The floor is also easier to
keep clean now, as the grout is sealed.

Workers showed up, REMOVED THEIR SHOES, and inspected the areas to be cleaned. Bathroom floors were cleaned and clear sealed. Tile shower was cleaned and clear sealed. The floors looked nicer than we could have ever gotten them ourselves. The tile shower grout, due to neglect by the previous owner, did not fair so well. We explained to Chris how we had visions of greatness, but the grout appeared to be too far gone for cleaning alone. Chris asked his guys to come back and apply a color sealant to the shower floor (which he noted was not guaranteed due to the traffic/water in the shower). Looks 100% better, although two little spots of colorant had come up shortly after application. We were able to repair these areas with the small bottle of color sealant they had left with us during their last visit.
Although the overall price was a little more than we had originally anticipated, we feel Chris and his company went over and above to ensure our happiness and satisfaction with their work.

We had our bathrooms re-caulked. We chose them over a handyman since the described process seemed more thorough and professional. They did a very good job - the experience with the techs and the owner was very professional. The only glitch was that the techs were a half hour late, but that happens. It did not detract from the overall quality of the experience.

Excellent services, I give them 5 star and a big smile. I've hired other people to clean my ceramic kitchen floor, but wasn't happy about it, my friend told me about Angie's List which I just join, I found Sir Grout company and give it a try, it's turn out the best services I ever got, he came to give an estimate and set the time. There are 2 option, 1- clean the old grout by air pressure (as I remember) that only cost $500, (my kitchen is a fair size plus the bathroom, 2- clean the old grout and apply a new one, buff it and put a seal, as in video you can see, the cost $1,250, I go for a second option, I wasn't home when they did the job, they've called me when the job almost done, when I walked in there, OMG It's like I just got a brand new floor, very happy with Chris his worker and his receptionist very professional, the only little thing which was made me laugh, I told him do the caulk outside the bathtub, didn't go well, the caulk probably ran out, which I applied later by myself. I absolutely hire Chris without a doubt, will ask him to come back to do another floor for me real soon, thank you Sir Grout to make my life easier.

I used Sir Grout based on Yelp listings and I agree that this is a very good service producing high quality results. I had several jobs done during the day. The crew jumped willingly between trouble spots. I had them "color seal" a bathroom floor which allowed me to pick the exact shade to apply to the top of the blackened old grout. They were very patient in showing me test patches of what it would look like so I could choose the best color match. The other jobs included touching up shower walls, kitchen floors, and a sink backsplash. The grout and caulking are much improved on all of that but I think their deep steam cleaning and extra scrubbing helped just as much. Now my house is looking spiffy for when I list it for sale next year. I do recommend them for their efficiency, effort and quality.

I also have had Sir Grout do three bathrooms and 3 Kitchen floors for me in an apartment complex I manger. All of them came out amazing. They were in pretty tough shape. A lot of tenants move on instead of doing some clean up. They steam cleaned the tiles, re- grouted, caulked and seal the bathrooms. Same with the kitchen floors. The tiles look brand new. Thanks Sir Grout, just hired them for another project right now.
