This review is for Sir Grout's customer service and professionalism. We have an old house that is currently a rental. The 1958 kitchen tiles are popping out and many others are loose. Being a long distance landlord we depend on yelp so called Sir Grout based on their excellent reviews. We asked for a quote, they worked with me to arrange time convenient for our tenant and Chris was out there the next day and sent a detailed quote via email within the hour. Communication was great, we may not use their services this time around as we have a number of items on our to-do list and may just use one contractor to do everything. But based on the other reviews and this experience would definitely keep them on our vendor list for future.

This company knows what customer service is all about!! Contacted the company, spoke to the owner, he came to my home, looked at both bathrooms, and the kitchen floor, we discussed options, we came to agreement on work effort. The owner created a work order with a price giving me a $50.00 discount which was great! He wasn't able to begin work for 3-4 weeks due to their schedule when we met, however, a few days later he had an opening and was able to get the work done within 2 weeks of his visit. The technician showed up on the date and time we agreed to, we reviewed the work order, and then we discussed the kitchen floor. The kitchen floor is 15X19 and there was one tile on the outer edge that was broken. I tried to find a replacement tile (impossible) or an accent tile with no luck. We agreed to grout the old tile back together (which I discussed this option with the owner our first visit in the event I could not find a tile replacement) which would be less of an eye sore then putting an accent tile that would stick out even more. The technician evaluated the situation and gave the option to replace the broken tile with a good tile under the refrigerator. This worked out flawlessly! He re-grouted, caulked and sealed two bathrooms (upstairs shower was leaking into the downstairs bathroom) and was able to re-grout a couple of cracked tiles in one bathroom to the point where you would not know tiles were cracked! He was able to match the grout color in both bathrooms and the kitchen, and he also added some grout around a kitchen sink and sealed a window in the bathroom at no additional cost. If you have a shower that's leaking and you can visibly see that grout is missing, don't call anyone else except for Sir Grout!! This company is a 10!!

Very responsive to request for quote, came out right away and then scheduled the work quickly. One bathroom had a fiberglass shower stall where the grout was almost completely gone, the other was a ceramic tile bath surround where some of the grout had worn away and other parts were discolored. The worker arrived right when he said he would, was quick and very professional, and both bathrooms came out great. Would highly recommend.

My plumber advised me to replace the caulking and reseal the shower grout in order to address a leakage problem. I decided to do it myself! Several hours later (it's not as easy as it looks on YouTube), I threw in the towel and sought professional help. I made an online appt., for an estimate, then found out they were scheduling into November for the actual work. I explained out-of-town friends with kids would be staying in my condo soon and could they do it sooner? Chris (the owner) called himself and rescheduled the estimate date for later that week. Then, he fit me in early the following week for the work. Another Chris (the technician) showed up, cleaned and sealed the grout and caulked around the tub. Both Chrises were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to deal with. Not only did they take care of the problem, they made a special effort to accommodate my situation. Highly recommend them.

Both bathrooms now look great. Tech Chris left the place spotless and provided an instruction sheet with details on how to maintain and clean the grout and caulk. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.

Steam cleaned and sanitized shower tile and grout. Removed all mildew from existing grout and regrouted spots where grout was missing. Recaulked all shower joints. I called Sir Grout and scheduled an appointment with Chris Wyand to look at the job. He explained the work to me and gave me a verbal quote while he was there and he also e-mailed it to me with a complete explanation of the work to be done. The day the work was to be done the technician arrived and removed his shoes before entering the house. Even though he had to make several trips in and out to get his equipment he always removed his shoes before walking through the house. Chris also removed his shoes during his visit, but I have never had a technician do that. I appreciated so much that this company respects a person's home in that way. The technician worked steadily for two hours. When he was finished he showed me what had been done and provided instructions on what type of cleaning products should be used to keep the tile and grout in the best condition possible. One surprise was that he said I couldn't use the shower for 48 hours to ensure that grout and caulk dried. Chris Wyand had told me 24 hours. Since this is my only shower, that was a bit bothersome, but a minor inconvenience. Overall I am very happy with the work and I have a clean shower again. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout.
