I'm sure you know that home repairs can be stressful, and it is an uncommon event these days to have a job done well (both functionally and aesthetically) with no collateral damage to the house in the process. Throw in a technician who is prompt and polite and it doesn't get much better. I'm especially thankful for the care that Jimmy took not to bang the walls or trim when he carried his equipment up and down to the third floor.
