Chris responded in a very timely manner to my request for an estimate. It was reasonable and easy to understand. The technician was very thorough and patient, especially when he encountered an unexpected problem with one area around a tub. Eventually Chris came by and they solved the problem. The work looks terrific. If you have old or stained grout, I would recommend Sir Grout. It is difficult to remove and replace grout without damaging tiles, and this is a good alternative.

Based on the description and a picture of the problem, he assessed the situation and offered me possible causes and solutions, including the reference to a product to extend the life of my floor until I could do a full replacement. Even though the scope of my project was not within the type of work that they do, the customer service was excellent, and I would not hesitate at all to call them next time I have a grout project.

Sir Grout did an excellent job, their prices are reasonable, and they know what they are talking about. I appreciated their expertise and honest assessment of what would be best for a marble bathroom floor. They were prompt, professional and efficient. They even did some extra grout work in an area of cracked tiles. I would absolutely hire them again.
