From start to finish, the job was handled with total professionalism. The franchise owner, Chris, came to inspect the job and provide an estimate of the work needed. We then scheduled the job at our convenience. We were reminded via email of the upcoming appointment. Chris's crew arrived on the scheduled day right on time and ready to work. Due to the amount of build-up, power cleaning was not an option. The crew actually had to do all the work by hand, using several different cleaners, much of the time on their hands and knees. When the job was completed and we saw the results, we were TOTALLY blown away! The entire shower stall and door looked like brand new. We couldn't believe our eyes! Everything went well! I think that the pricing was fair for the work that was done. The owner was very responsive and organized and definitely gave us a fair estimate. He even told us which services would give us the most value so that we could save some money. The job was done efficiently. Chris responded in a very timely manner to my request for an estimate. It was reasonable and easy to understand. The technician was very thorough and patient, especially when he encountered an unexpected problem with one area around a tub. Eventually Chris came by and they solved the problem. The work looks terrific. If you have old or stained grout, I would recommend Sir Grout. It is difficult to remove and replace grout without damaging tiles, and this is a good alternative.

Based on the description and a picture of the problem, he assessed the situation and offered me possible causes and solutions, including the reference to a product to extend the life of my floor until I could do a full replacement. Even though the scope of my project was not within the type of work that they do, the customer service was excellent, and I would not hesitate at all to call them next time I have a grout project.
