It went wonderfully. There was deteriorated, stained grout around the tiles on my kitchen counters, and badly stained grout in my shower. For the free estimate, the owner arrived right on time, told me just what he could do, and then sent me a written description and price by e-mail. During his visit and later, when I asked about other tasks he might do, he was always clear: They were focused on the grout. The two workers arrived on schedule, cleaned or replaced all the grout as needed, and left everything looking clean and fresh. They were quiet and tidy, and a pleasure to have in the house. I was very pleased with all aspects of this project. I would gladly hire them again.

Have had the opportunity to use Sir Grout and Chris Wyand twice now and in both cases, it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in dealing with a service provider. Chris returns calls promptly, is courteous and professional at all times. He and his team did a great job in performing several different services to refresh and regrout two bathrooms in our home including a particularly challenging one of marble.
