He did a beautiful job with the tile cleaning and caulking, and he spent an unnecessary amount of time talking to me about my counter problem, even going so far as to remove excess sealant that I had applied, and test seal a small portion of the counter to help both of us understand how the material behaves. In the process, he managed to get rid of the horrible white blotch. As far as the counter goes, we both agreed that it's probably best to leave good enough alone, it's much better now than it was, which is more than I hoped for. And Chris really went above and beyond. I look forward to our next meeting!

Jim did a great job. The floor looks so good and he worked wonders on the backsplash, even behind the stove where there was a lot of moisture. I don't know how he got rid of the moisture, but he did. It looks better than new.

Long overdue review for the owner, Chris and the technician, Jimmy. The entire experience from the consult by Chris, all the way through to the complete of the grout work and clean up by Jimmy, was excellent. There was no pressure after the initial consultation. Chris was very patient, answering every question (I had quiet a few) thoroughly and in a timely manner. He provided an honest and clearly expert assessment of what he thought needed to be done in my bathroom. No upselling whatsoever. On the day the work was done, Jimmy showed up on time and ready to go. He too was knowledgeable and very personable. His work was clean and precise. I was pretty nervous about this project, but all of the positive reviews were really helpful, I don't write these much, but I thought I'd go ahead and see if i could help someone else by writing my own.

We put an addition on our house two years ago that included a new bathroom. For whatever reason, the grout in the tiled shower pretty quickly turned orange, and the grout in the floor pretty quickly turned gray, no matter what we did to clean it. And the grout around the top of our double sinks just...fell out. We finally decided to just start over and called this place, based on other reviews.

I can't speak to durability, because our project was only completed yesterday, but I was so impressed with the professionalism of this company that I'm not worried about it. I'm really happy that we invested in this. Chris showed up on time, was super nice, and walked me through what needed to be done, including color choices and keeping everything clean going forward. Everything is neatly done, I didn't have to clean up after the work was finished, and my bathroom looks neat and clean again! Highly recommend.
