From the first phone call through the entire job, everything was done with professionalism. I am very happy with the end result. I had an awesome experience using Sir Grout. The franchise owner Chris was awesome to work with. Chris was on-time, super professional, great communicator via email and a very nice person. I had cleaning done to 2 different bathrooms in my house. Had the floor tile grout cleaned and sealed. Also had the shower tile grout cleaned and tile sealed. Last but not least, they used color matched caulking around both bathtubs. The installer whom performed all of the work (I think his name was Brian) was also awesome to work with. Both bathrooms look awesome thanks to Sir Grout. I would highly recommend without any reservation. Great Job Sir Grout!

I was present when your technician Chris performed the services on our master bathroom floor and shower. He did a very nice job and was very professional and informative concerning cleaning instructions. Also he did a fantastic job on the sinks, cleaning/replacing grout. The sinks look new again! Wow! My hopes were high, after reading other reviews and seeing before-and-after photos, and Chris and Brian did not disappoint! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. Sir Grout responded quickly to my consultation request. When Chris showed up, he could have easily told me that I needed re-sealing on all the tiles in the bathroom, and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. The estimate was lower than I was expecting, and was money very well spent. Chris was very responsive to questions I had, and in telling me what to expect from their process. Brian was done in less than one day, left everything spotless, and the bathroom looks great! I honestly thought we might have to start over with new tiles, since everything looked dirty. Cleaning the bathroom will no longer be my least-favorite chore. I wish all contractors/home improvement companies were as easy to work with!
