We used Sir Grout to clean, repair and seal our kitchen/great room and bathroom floors. Chris came and did an estimate and gave us a few options. We went for the highest and are very happy with the results. We have a very high end bathroom with limestone floors and Chris was upfront and concerned about possible damage to the wood walls. While I was not happy he could not take on the job I appreciate his honesty. We would highly recommend Chris and Sir Grout.

I was very pleased with the end result. The shower in particular looks amazing; this was my primary concern. The limestone floor in the bedroom looks (and even feels) cleaner, but quite a few stains were too inbedded to be removed by the process you did this week. Chris suggested honing the floor would likely restore it fully. When it comes time to reseal the various surfaces (I believe Chris suggested every 12-18 mos) I'll have you guys hone that floor. For now everything is great. Chris was very professional and did a fantastic job; his tip was well-earned!

I was looking for a service to come in and freshen up a master bathroom, and happened to see the Sir Grout truck on the road. I was able to quickly arrange an estimate, which seemed reasonable. The owner, who provided the estimate, explained what they would and wouldn't be able to do, so I knew what to expect. Scheduling the appointment was easy and timely, the technician was nice and on time. He did a really nice job and the bathroom looks much newer and fresher. I would definitely use Sir Grout again and recommend the service to a friend.
