I am very happy with the job Sir Grout did on my kitchen floor and master shower. When we bought the house, there was a lot of calcium build up in the shower grout and some areas where grout needed to be filled in. The team cleaned the grout and replaced the grout in sections where it was missing so it almost looks new. The team was very professional.

The price was very reasonable, work was completed in the time that was given to me. Two persons, shower stall was re-grouted, calcium deposits removed and spray coated with a sealer. Would call again if ever need. Guaranteed for 1 year.

We used Sir Grout based on the positive reviews here in Yelp, and I can honestly say that 5 stars isn't enough for the excellent work that the technician Chris did on our home. From the very start, Sir Grout makes the process smooth and easy. I phoned their main number, and within a couple of days had a visit from the owner (another Chris), and before the end of the day I received a detailed estimate for the work. Communication and scheduling can be a headache with some companies, so this was a pleasant change.

We had 2 showers with moldy, leaky caulk; a floor with cracked grout; a messy, dried out joint between our kitchen counter and backsplash; and finally a large tile hearth which needed to be cleaned and sealed. Chris showed up right on time, was courteous and professional, and scored bonus points for being nice to my cat. He did excellent work, cleaned up afterwards, and left specific written instructions on how long the materials would take to dry, and also how to clean in the future. They're pricey, but definitely worth it. I highly recommend Sir Grout and would happily use them again.
