Thank you so much for the follow up email. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. Especially the backsplash. It finally looks how we wanted it to when it was installed. The work in the shower is great. I do think I should have followed your advice and gone with a lighter color, but either way the work is great and I feel better now that it's properly sealed.

Can't say enough good things about Brian. He was polite, professional and very personable. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. It looks like Brian did a very neat and thorough job. He seemed very conscientious and at the end showed me in detail what he had done. I will wait a couple of days and then take a few showers in that spare room and see how it all shakes out. But I was very pleased with how comprehensive and thorough he appeared. Nice guy too.
