From my initial contact to getting the work done, Chris and his team were amazing. They came on time quoted us, everything was transparent. Sir Grout did an amazing job with our shower. Chris came to review the space and work to be done and gave us an estimate of what he expected what be necessary to do in order to get our shower look like it did when we first installed it. He sent us a quote the same day and we then scheduled a date for the work. Chris had an unexpected issue with one of his trucks and technicians but he reached out with enough time to inform me and give me alternate dates. And he was kind enough to offer me a discount for our troubles. Jimmy was our technician and he was courteous and informed us of the work he was going to do and then he got to work. It took him about 3 1/2 hours to finish and the shower looks like new! He went over the work, proper maintenance moving forward and asked if we had any questions. Overall, the Sir Grout team were great, the work was done very well and we are very satisfied with the end result. We'll be calling them again if we need any similar work done in our home.

Sir Grout did an amazing job! They did the grout for 2 bathrooms, kitchen, fireplace, entryway. They also resealed the granite and marble in my house. They came by to do a free estimate checked things out and gave suggestions. Then they emailed a detailed estimate so I could see line by line if there were things I wanted to exclude. My tile has never looked better.
