I called Chris at Sir Grout this past summer because water was leaking through the shower to my neighbor's bathroom.

He came over within a day to give an estimate and had someone there to do the work the next day. There was a weird contractor working downstairs at my neighbor's house who came up while Sir Grout was working and acted sort of aggressive and he handled it with good humor and professionalism.

TLDR: followed all COVID protocol, came over for the estimate and scheduled the work quickly, did an excellent job, and for a very affordable price. A+.

Sir Grout did a great job on my shower and bathroom floor. We had the service provided on a rental unit that we own. The shower was extremely dirty and difficult to get clean. Chris was very easy to work with and answered my numerous questions leading up to the day of the work. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough job. We are very pleased with the result.
