From contact to meeting Chris in person during walk-through service request, through the completion of the job, SIR GROUT was by far the most respectful, courteous, and professional team I have met in a very long time. I am very satisfied with the repair of my shower, which had been leaking. Existing grout was repaired, caulking was removed and replaced with epoxy grout and two loose tiles were reset and grouted. All surfaces were cleaned and all grout lines look very neat. The clear caulking between the tile and shower glass also came out beautifully. I was quickly contacted after reaching out to Sir Grout by email. The entire job was completed over 3 1/2 hours on one day.
