Wonderful, customer-focused service. We noticed a small leak coming into our kitchen ceiling from the master bathroom above. Turns out we needed some urgent repair work on the caulking and grouting. Called Sir Grout and spoke with Chris, who came out to take a look. He confirmed the work needed to be done, but told us he was booked up for the next three weeks.

We explained what a jam we were in, not being able to use the shower for three weeks. He moved things around and got the repairs done two days later. Great work, great value, and a pleasure to do business with. We'll definitely be calling Sir Grout for anything we need down the road.
