I had a great experience with Sir Grout. The owner, Chris, came out personally to look at and estimate the job. It included color sealing a tiled kitchen counter with extremely stained grout that could not be cleaned. Also color sealing three floors and two tiled bay windows.

Everything is completely transformed. It's early days, but even the countertop has been easy to maintain despite the insults of a busy kitchen.

We had one glitch. The technician applied samples of several colors to each part of the job. The one I picked for one of the floors looked very unattractive to me once it was applied to the entire floor. It wasn't Sir Grout's fault, but Chris worked with me to find a very fair solution. By the time the technician left the floor looked great.

I also showed Chris a fully tiled bathroom. Aside from the floor, which we did color seal, Chris recommended skipping that room since it is in such good shape and showers can get expensive. It is refreshing to find a company that does not oversell. I think that Chris takes a very long term view of his company and values loyal customers over short term revenue.

So I can highly recommend Sir Grout!

We cannot say enough about our experience with Brian and Chris at Sir Grout of Greater Boston! We thought we would have to completely gut the shower in our bathroom due to grout staining, (at a $9000 price tag), but NO! Brian masterfully made the tile and grout look brand new - at a much lower price point. You won't regret calling these guys!

Stellar quality work and efficient, polite, friendly worker. The stained gray groutlines 100% gone, replaced by fresh, clean lines of a perfect color. The worker gave me 3 choices of color and helped me make a choice. He also put booties over his shoes, without needing request. *Worth every penny.* Sir Grout also did a large section of my tiled basement floor a number of years ago-still looks great.
