I thought the guys did a great job. The master shower stall in particular was in rough shape. After they left, it looks as if we have a brand-new shower. We are very happy.
Brian did a terrific job and in fact, I think he probably did a bit more than I had expected. As always, the bathroom looks great and thank you for the compliment on my upkeep. However, if I had to do it over again, I would never choose marble. It is a difficult stone to maintain, but since I have it, I will continue to do what is recommended to keep it looking as good as possible.

Very professional, they steam cleaned my shower and replaced missing grout and re-caulked around the bottom edges and other areas. The shower looks brand new!! Also cleaned and re-chalked the kitchen back splash which was starting to get discolored and gross. Again making it look brand new. Would highly suggest them and used them again.
We couldn't be more pleased with how all the floors look now!!! What a fresh diffference and a much-needed improvement. The biggest show stoppers are the master bathroom and the basement! Chris came out in early February to look at my bathroom and gave me an estimate which he honored 4 months later after my concerns of having a stranger in the house due to COVID-19 relaxed. Jimmy, who did the work on my tub, shower, and floors, was professional, friendly, and thorough. And he adhered to all the safety guidelines I expected. The results are terrific! The recaulking and cleaning make the 25 year+ tub and shower shine. The same with the regrouting of bathroom and kitchen floor. I researched other companies before choosing Sir Grout. I don't think any other would have matched this company from the very start to the end result.
